For clarity, the BPMs (clusters) presented here are only those for which both sets were functionally enriched for some GO category.

Note that synthetic-sick edges were not used to construct BPMs for either network, and that in a few interesting cases where there is enough data for a significant analysis, they do not obviously correlate with the observed BPM structures.
