Here we include the text of a manuscript entitled "Cell-specific imputation of drug connectivity mapping with incomplete data" submitted to bioRxiv in 2021. Supplemental figures appear here. The manuscript describes inferring drug connectivity in cells and cell lines whose expression profiles for those specific drugs have not been experimentally profiled, allowing for much more context-specific drug repositioning.
